1. General principles

All content (logos, designs, artwork, photographs, texts, videos, etc.) of the website www.ideagrafica.gr is the intellectual property of IDEA GRAFICA and is protected by Greek and European legislation (Law 2121/1993, etc.).

2. Prohibition of copying and reproduction

Copying, reproduction, republication, distribution or exploitation of content without the written permission of IDEA GRAFICA is prohibited.

3. Projects delivered to clients

The works remain the intellectual property of the creator until payment is made. After payment, the client acquires the right to use the final work, but not the right to modify or resell without approval. The working files (.ai, .psd, etc.) remain the property of the company, unless their delivery is agreed in writing.

4. References and sample use

IDEA GRAFICA may present samples of work in portfolios and social media for professional promotion. The client may request in writing not to publish prior to final delivery.

5. Third-party trademarks

Third-party trademarks and logos belong to their legal owners.
