Terms of Service – IDEA GRAFICA

 

1. Object

IDEA GRAFICA provides graphic design, corporate identity, packaging, social media design, printing and related creative services. The terms define the framework of cooperation with the client.

 

2. Cooperation process

The collaboration begins with communication and a description of needs. This is followed by a quote/cost estimate. Acceptance of the quote implies acceptance of the terms.

 

3. Advance payment and repayment

A 50% deposit is required to start work. The remaining 50% is paid upon delivery, before sending the final files. Payment by bank deposit or other agreed method.

 

4. Deliverables and rights of use

The final files are delivered digitally (PDF, JPG, PNG or other format). The client acquires the right to use for the agreed purpose. IDEA GRAFICA retains the intellectual property rights (see Copyright Policy).

 

5. Revisions

Up to two (2) rounds of revisions are included at no additional charge. Additional changes/new directions are considered new work and are charged additionally.

 

6. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation after start: deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation before start: partial refund possible upon agreement. No refunds for projects that have been fully delivered.

 

7. Delivery times

They are determined per project. Efforts are made for timely delivery; delays due to slow approvals/responses from the client are not the responsibility of the company.

 

8. Confidentiality

Client materials and information are confidential and will not be disclosed unless required by law.

 

9. Modifications

IDEA GRAFICA may update the terms. The respective version is posted at www.ideagrafica.gr .

 

10. Applicable Law

Greek Law – competent Courts of Athens.
